Hey, I'm Jessi

This work wasn't born from theory. It was born from necessity.

Jessi Love is a keynote speaker, 2x founder, and host of The Raw Audit Podcast. She is the founder and CEO of Lash Line, an award-winning beauty company, and over the last two decades has built and scaled everything from global e-commerce operations to a 7-figure brick-and-mortar business she built and sold.

But the work Jessi does today was not born from theory.
It was born from necessity.

After years of leading teams, scaling companies, and running on pressure and blind endurance, Jessi reached a breaking point that forced her to confront what success was actually costing her. Standing on stage in the middle of a talk about motivation, while her business had silently lost $650,000 in revenue, she went blank, went honest, and walked off the stage. That moment became the catalyst for everything.

Today, Jessi helps leaders fuel growth by auditing their internal wiring and leading from reality instead of reaction. Her keynote, Reality Over Optics: The Raw Audit for Emotional Resilience, challenges leaders to stop confusing endurance with resilience and gives them a practical framework, The Raw Audit, to identify where armor, avoidance, and reaction are quietly running their leadership.

Jessi has been recognized across her industry through awards and features in Eyelash Magazine, Lash Inc International, and Bridal Fantasy. She is also a graduate of the Stage Leaders program with Jen Gottlieb.

When she is not on stage or building businesses, Jessi is living the acreage life in Alberta with her husband and daughter, trading city noise for horses, muddy boots, and campfires. She snowboards, boxes, and has never once said no to an adrenaline rush.
